Award-winning Birmingham restaurant Anderson’s Bar & Grill has linked up with a Japanese knife company Kyocera.
The company is supplying ceramic knives for head chef Dan Anderson and his team to use in the kitchen of the restaurant in Mary Ann Street, St Paul’s Square, Jewellery Quarter.
Kyocera knives are renowned for their extreme sharpness of the blades, cutting quality and easy cleaning.
